Welcome to a new free pilot project from thendt Network.

In association with Wyndham Consultants Ltd we are launching the pilot of a 6 week part-time development course to help people who wish to participate in our “ Pre-work experience and Re-skilling programme”.

The Pilot – scheduled to start on Monday 11 October and end Friday 19 November – will be free and limited to 15 students.

On completion graduates will be awarded a Certificate highlighting their chosen work interests and a summary of subjects & achievements made during the programme.

Whilst much is talked about in improving job and/or career opportunities the various drivers appear to have developed a one-size fits all approach. We will be focusing more on developing your individual interests/talent and skills.

We are not adopting the currently re-cycled view of people as being an “introvert” or “extrovert”. Such labels , while convenient measures on a macro-managed scale, do nothing towards the true importance – enhancement of individual self-worth.

Many people have the strong ambition (dream?) of becoming a “celeb” – despite the pain and rigours . In real-life the achievement rate is pretty low in all “celeb groups”, therefore we believe it is important to view your future as a series of careers/jobs just in case you fall at the first “celeb” hurdle. It is important to overcome the common thinking in the UK that failure is a dreadful blot on your future.

In life many have tried and failed – you are never alone. It is a truism that those that never made a mistake never achieved anything.

This is not be a conventional programme and will be operated on a group and one-to-one basis.

We are grateful to Wyndham Consultants for bringing their extensive experience of many industries and services, together with their training and business analytical skills to work with us on this exciting platform.

We are eagerly looking to help you develop – particularly if you are aged between 16-25 , or over 55, together with those of you returning to work after a significant absence.

Interested? Post that interest and we will get back to you. Remember this is currently a free service.

Note for employers. Should you feel that you or your company can bring something to the party, don’t hesitate to register your interest below.

Together we will work on your dreams.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” – Margaret Mead
